Polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) is a lightweight and durable thermal insulation material with a solid porous structure and an aluminum coating on both sides. It is resistant to deformations and heat. The reflective aluminum coating also promotes better thermal insulation properties. This material is used in the construction of private houses and production buildings where maintaining a constant temperature with minimal energy consumption is important.
